Roller Bearingscrafting Process

Roller bearings are short cylindrical, conical or drum-shaped roller for rolling the rolling bearing. Mainly to the center of the short cylindrical roller, double row radial spherical roller, tapered roller and thrust roller and other structural types.

1. Cylindrical roller process

Rough forming → deburring or ring belt → soft grinding raceway surface → soft grinding double end face → heat treatment → front coarse grinding rolling surface → coarse grinding double end surface → after rough grinding rolling surface → final grinding double end surface → fine grinding wheel surface Finishing rolling surface → cleaning, drying → final appearance, size grouping → oil packaging.

2. Tapered roller process

Roughing → deburring or ring belt → soft grinding raceway surface → soft grinding double end surface → heat treatment → coarse grinding rolling surface → fine grinding rolling surface → grinding ball base surface → final grinding rolling surface → super finishing rolling surface → cleaning, drying → Final appearance, size grouping → oil packaging.

The above two kinds of rollers can be made convex convex bus rolling surface, if the convex measurement is less than 0.005mm, generally can be directly in the super-finishing rolling surface process; if the convex measurement is greater than 0.005mm, generally in the final finish rolling Surface process grinding out convex, and then ultra-finishing.

3. Needle roller process

Roughing → deburring → heat treatment → coarse, fine, final rolling surface → super finishing rolling surface or sawdust polishing.

4. Asymmetric spherical roller process

Symmetrical spherical roller process is:

Rough forming → deburring or ring belt → soft grinding raceway surface → soft grinding double end face → heat treatment → coarse grinding rolling surface → coarse and final grinding double end surface → fine, final grinding rolling surface → polishing → cleaning, drying → final inspection appearance, size Grouping → oiling packing.
